Inosine - It is a naturally (endogenous) compound - nucleoside found in TRNA (transport RNA) molecules. It consists of purine (hypoxantine) and saccharin (D-ribose). Inosine produces an inosinriffosphate used in the body, which is used as a source of energy (much like ATF).  Inosin is actively involved in the synthesis of ATF (adenosyntriphosphate), the most important energy substrate in the body. Inosin also stimulates the synthesis of 2.3 dipospoglycerate, which is a necessary substance for oxygen transport from erythrocytes to muscle cells. There is evidence that the inosine improves the supply of the coronary blood vessels of the heart, increases the resistance of the heart and skeletal muscle cells to the lack of oxygen and enhances the contraction of the heart muscle.

Inosin is used for strength, strength - endurance and speed - for endurance sports, where a quick source of energy is needed. Inosin is recommended for athletes and people with increased exercise. 

Iron - trace element, blood component. It is necessary for the production of red blood cells - erythrocytes. Nearly two -thirds of the total amount of iron in the body are in red blood cells, hemoglobin. Hemoglobin transports oxygen to all tissues in the body.

It is important for the activity of the immune system, the function of the taste and odor receptors, the activity of the enzymes. Zinc activates the enzymes responsible for the synthesis of protein, hormone, growth factor. It acts as an antioxidant, regulates the production of immune cells. By stimulating the immune system, zinc increases the body's resistance to bacterial, viral, fungal infections.
